These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oppatoto platform, including the website accessible at oppatoto.cam ("Platform"), all related services, software, applications, features, content, and game offerings made available by Oppatoto ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account on the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Oppatoto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register an account and use the Oppatoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Oppatoto strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with internationally recognised standards for responsible gaming. Users found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Oppatoto or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have had a prior account on the Platform suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and update your information to ensure it remains accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Oppatoto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Oppatoto immediately through our live chat support.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• Opatoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.
• Accounts must not be used on behalf of third parties.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether authorised or not, unless promptly reported to Oppatoto.

Opatoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to provide players with convenient and secure deposit options. Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (internet banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and cryptocurrency payments via USDT and BTC.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players are encouraged to review the current limits displayed within the Platform's deposit interface.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Opatoto does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any form of consumer credit.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of receipt. Opatoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and crediting.
• Deposit processing times vary by method: e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly under normal operating conditions; FPX bank transfers may take between 5and 15 minutes.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, players should contact support via live chat with their transaction reference number.

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Opatoto is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly, with target processing times of under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and 5–15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX bank transfers under normal operational conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Oppatoto reserves the right to require proof of ownership the withdrawal destination account.
• Bonus funds and winings derived from Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
• Opatoto reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency walets (USDT, BTC) are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of withdrawal request. Oppatoto is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations.
• In the event that a withdrawal is returned, declined, or reversed by the recipient payment provider, Oppatoto will return the funds to the player's Platform balance and the player must initiate a new withdrawal request to an alternative verified method.

Oppatoto may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, reload offers, referal bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer, which supplement these Terms and take precedence in the event of conflict with respect to the specific promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account at Oppatoto's discretion. Oppatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before Bonus funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Oppatoto reserves the right to cancel a Bonus and void any winings derived from it if the Bonus is claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of technical errors, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have a fixed expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
• Players who participate in Opatoto's VIP programme — comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers — are subject to the VIP Programme Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Opatoto is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live table games or sports betting markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, including coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine participation.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with payment providers after using deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in betting markets. Any winings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities.

Where Oppatoto reasonably suspects a breach of this clause, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account(s), void any related bets or winnings, and withold associated funds pending investigation. Oppatoto may refer matters to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the Oppatoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio and video materials, user interface designs, and source code, is the proprietary property of Oppatoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or
• Use Oppatoto's trade marks, logos, or brand materials without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oppatoto, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or otherangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game software providers;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or network outages beyond Oppatoto's reasonable control.

Opatoto's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Oppatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a method for generating income and should never be pursued with funds that a player cannot afford to lose.

Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools through their account dashboard or by contacting live chat support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum losses you can incur over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the specified duration and may not be reversed upon request during the exclusion period.

Oppatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8;
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• Failure to pass identity verification or due diligence checks; or
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by Oppatoto other than for breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via a supported payment method following completion of any applicable verification checks.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting Oppatoto through live chat. Account closure does not affect any obligations or rights that arose prior to closure.

Oppatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Material changes may be communicated to registered Players via email or on-site notification where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oppatoto holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents Oppatoto from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in relation to a breach of these Terms.
